GB Whatsapp
GB WhatsApp allows two or three different phone numbers to run inside the same app installation. Each account keeps its own chats, contacts, themes, privacy settings, and media files completely separate. This removes the need for parallel space apps or separate devices.
The feature works through built-in cloning inside the app itself. Users switch between accounts with one tap from the side menu or home screen header. Notifications show which account received the message.
All versions from 17.00 onward include this tool. The process stays the same whether adding a second number or a third.
Open the app and look at the top-left corner of the main chat screen. A small number or profile icon appears if the version supports cloning. Another quick way is to open Settings and scroll to the bottom for the “Switch Accounts” option.
Older versions may lack this menu completely. In that case, a newer release is required.
There are three official packages: com.gbwhatsapp (primary), com.wagb (second), and com.gb2 (third). Each package runs as a separate app but shares the same GB features.
Many users obtain these packages from trusted pages such as gb whatsapp apk download where all three variants are listed clearly.
Download the com.wagb APK file. Tap it from the Downloads folder and allow installation when prompted. Android treats it as a new app even though the icon and name look almost identical.
After installation finishes, two separate GB WhatsApp icons appear on the home screen or app drawer. Each opens its own independent instance.
Open the newly installed icon. Enter the second phone number and complete the verification code step exactly like the first account. All themes and settings start fresh.
Messages from the first number stay only in the first app. The two instances never mix data unless manually copied.
Some newer releases include the com.gb2 package. Download and install it the same way as the second account. A third icon appears.
Not every update contains the third package. If it is missing, only two accounts can run at the same time.
Inside any instance, tap the profile picture or number at the top of the chat list. A small menu shows all active accounts. Tap the desired one to jump instantly.
Notifications include the account name or number so replies go to the correct profile. Each account can have its own ringtone and notification sound.
If the second icon disappears after a reboot, the phone’s optimizer removed it. Disable battery optimization for both packages in Settings > Battery > App optimization.
Verification failing on the second number often happens when the SIM is already registered in official WhatsApp. Remove it from the official app first or use a new number.
Each package stores its database and media in its own folder: GBWhatsApp, WA GB, or GB2. Backups must be created separately for each account.
Themes and privacy settings do not transfer between accounts unless copied manually. This keeps work and personal profiles completely isolated.
More details about fixing crashes or blank screens appear in the troubleshooting errors section.
Running two or three numbers becomes simple once installed. Users reply from the correct account by checking the header before typing.
All extra GB features such as themes, privacy controls, and message scheduling work independently in each profile.
The setup provides a clean separation between different parts of life while staying inside one familiar modified app environment.
